- Exit J3 M5 heading for (A456 Kidderminster, A491 Stourbridge)
- On the dual carriage way, straight over traffic lights
- After 1 mile, at first roundabout, TURN RIGHT (A459 Dudley)
- On dual carriage way, move to right hand lane
- At next set of traffic lights, stay on A459 heading for Dudley, following road around to right and then to the left by McDonald's.
- At next roundabout, TURN RIGHT (A458 Birmingham, Quinton)
- Ensure you are in left hand lane, follow road up hill
- Take 3rd TURN ON LEFT (the turn after Prospect Road); it's immediately after bend in road so stay alert going up the hill. IF YOU MISS TURNING FOR ESTATE AND REACH NEXT ROUND ABOUT GO ROUND AND RETURN TO BOTTOM OF HILL
- You will see a Pipeline Centre at end of the estate, follow road along and Tube Gear and Vernon's are the 5th building on right hand side.
